Big thank you: High Desert Daily reaches 100,000 visits in October.

(Victor Valley)–www.highdesertdaily.com, the High Desert’s new source for positive business and community news surpassed 100,000 visits in its first month of existence.

The statistics were compiled for the month of October and are backed with our partnership with Google Analytics. “News of the site growing so fast are very humbling,” said High Desert Daily Editor Miguel Gonzalez.  “Our intent with this site is to bring news that uplift the spirits of people and show what a great community we are. We will keep working to bring the good news to our readers.”

The site has become very active in social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, but mostly, Gonzalez said, the site has gained its popularity by word-of-mouth. “Friends telling friends about our site is our key. We will be launching a marketing campaign soon, but so far we are very thankful for all of our readers.”

Gonzalez encouraged residents not only to visit the site, but also suggest stories, give tips or anything that might be uplifting and worth reporting. “High Desert Daily is a site designed to serve users. We are proud to live in the High Desert and want to show everyone else that this is a great place to live and do business and its only getting better.”
