Keep your house, protect your investment
(Apple Valley)–Whether you are in foreclosure now or if you see foreclosure issues in the near future, get information that can help, Friday, June 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds: 14800 Seventh Street, Building #2, Victorville, CA 92392.
This free event will provide information regarding what community organizations are doing to help families facing foreclosure. Counselors will be available to make assessments. Representatives from Chase Bank and Fannie Mae will be on hand to discuss the loan modification process and give information about programs on how to reduce monthly mortgage payments for qualified candidates.
These workshops are offered through a partnership between the Town of Apple Valley and the City of Victorville. Participants should bring: one month of paycheck stubs, and utility bills, two months of bank statements, a recent mortgage statement and the deed and bank note, a hardship letter, a notice of default or sale, two years of signed tax returns, additional income verification and California identification.
