(Victor Valley)– The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host a workshop on Thursday, June 30, to help people who want to grow their financially literacy, and be able to share that information with their children.
“Raising Financially Responsible Children” is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the center’s office, 202 East Airport Drive, Suite 100, just off Hospitality Lane, in San Bernardino. The cost of this workshop is $15 if you preregister online, or $20 at the door.
The workshop will teach participants more about the most valuable skill they can teach their children- how to be financially responsible. Participants will receive a complimentary workbook discussing how they can teach their children how to earn and appreciate their allowance, how to know the difference between their wants and needs, and how to develop good saving and investing habits among other things.
