Small Business Owners To Learn “Keys To Exceed Sales Goals” At Workshop

(Victor Valley)-– The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host a workshop on Thursday, September 22, to help people who are considering launching a new business.

“Keys to Exceed Your Sales Goals” is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the IECE Business Resource Center which is located at 202 E. Airport Drive, Suite 100, just off of Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino.  The workshop will be facilitated by Kerry Martin-Moore of 3:17 Consulting. Kerry has over thirteen years in sales training experience and specializes in creating sales closing tools and cold-calling strategies. The workshop is $15 when registering online or $20 at the door.

“Keys to Exceed Your Sales Goals,” will focus on resolving the anxiety entrepreneurs get before going to networking events, or making sales calls. It will discuss designing custom sales pitches, effective communication with potential customers, and creating sales measurement systems to generate and track sales.

The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.

The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only. The center also has a part-time outreach office in Corona, where it meets clients by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
