By Staff Reports

(Victorville)–Join the Victorville Chamber of Commerce as it hosts the Economic Enhancement Forum – Every Job Counts!, this October 27. Special guest speaker, Jack Stewart of the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, will address members on what we all need to do to keep jobs in California. Job losses affect all of us and it needs to stop. Manufacturing jobs are an essential engine of growth, with high wages, innovation, and tremendous spillover effects in the economy and service sectors. Stewart, a well-known business advocate in Sacramento, will outline key state policies that must be passed. These policies, once in place, will lower operating costs, ensure predictable regulations and develop skilled workers to make California a more competitive place to operate. The Economic Enhancement Forum will begin with an 11:30 luncheon. Please contact DeAnna for more information. Tickets are $30 each or $240 for a table of eight.
