(Victor Valley)-– We can expect the cold wet weather to continue today. According to the National Weather Service in San Diego scattered showers will continue this morning, tapering off as we move into the afternoon.
Another cold front is expected Monday night into Tuesday, bringing with it more showers and windy conditions, especially through the Cajon Pass and in the Devore area. Wind could continue through much of the week.
For most of the week we will see temperatures in the mid to upper 50s during the day, and in the low 30s and even mid 20s for overnight. Be sure to cover those plants and bring in the pets – it will be too chilly for them outside!
If you are planning a ski trip up to the mountains, be sure to dress in layers and pack your cold weather goodies. Also, be sure you have chains for your vehicle. NWS says Wrightwood could see snow again today, up to 1 inch of new snow.
Again on Monday there is a 20% chance of snow in the mountains.
