(Victor Valley) – The spring weather continues this week with no big changes coming up.
Mark Moede, forecaster with the National Weather Service in San Diego said, “It will be dry and warm for the high desert this week! There will be a little bit of offshore wind in the mountain passes Monday and Tuesday.”
Over the weekend you may have noticed clouds building up over the mountains, especially over the Big Bear area. Moede says, “An upper level trough moving in from the northeast may produce some more cloud build-up over the mountains Monday evening through Tuesday. Maybe even a few showers. But moisture is limited.”
We should see highs in the mid to upper 80s this week, possibly even a 90 degree high by the weekend. Wind should remain gentle, 5 to 10 mph in the evenings. Overnight lows will be mild, in the upper 40s to mid 50s later in the week.
