(Victorville)–-Motorists will encounter more nighttime lane closures on Interstate 15 between Bear Valley Road and Palmdale Road in the coming week.

Crews working in the median preparing support features for the center bridge column of the future La Mesa/Nisqualli Interchange will be closing the two inside lanes of Interstate 15 in both directions so equipment and materials can be delivered safely into the work zone.

No detour is required as one lane will remain open at all times.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down in construction zones and seek alternative times of travel when possible.
