(Victor Valley)–On September 29th, some of southern California’s best gourmet food trucks will be flooding into and taking over the Ontario Mills Mall as part of the 2nd “Yum Festival”.
The Yum Festival is a fundraising event and this time around it will benefit the Chaffey High School Arts Program. “We feel like sports programs get a fair amount of attention at most high schools, but often the art programs are neglected” said Joey Moreno – Yum Festival organizer. He also went on to say “Being an artist myself, I feel like allowing students to explore their creative side can be beneficial in all aspects of their life. That is the reason we chose Chaffey High School art program as the recipient of our donation.”
This delicious fundraiser will feature plenty of crowd pleasers including: The – nationally recognized – Grilled Cheese Truck, The Lime Truck – winner of season 2 of “The Great Food Truck Race,” My Delight Cupcakery, Geogre’s Greek Truck, The Lobsta Truck, Kogi BBQ, India Jones, Slummin’ Gourmet, Baconmania, My Delight Truck, Tropical Ice, Coolhaus, Ragin’ Cajun, After School Special, Macho Nacho Truck, Philly Please, The Fry Grill, Fresh Fries LA, OG Tempura, Vchos Truck and Mangia Ristorante. There will also be a BMX stunt show by Team Soil. As well as; live paining, music, contests and more. As an added bonus, Yum Festival attendees will receive coupons for stores in the Mills the day of the festival.
