High Desert Daily
(Victor Valley)- -– This week should be much the same as last week for the High Desert. A ridge of high pressure over the southwest will keep our temperatures warm for most of the week and light wind in the afternoon and evenings.
We should see high temperatures in the low to mid 90s each day, with overnight lows in the mid 60s. Afternoon wind will be between 5 and 15 mph, with some gusts possible at 20 mph.
There is a slight chance that remnants from tropical storm Kristy could affect our weather this week by warming things up, but that is a very slight chance.
By next weekend the ridge of high pressure should break and an area of low pressure may move to the north of us bringing cooler temperatures to Southern California.
