Free Master Composter Training April 27th

(Victorville)–A Free Master Composter Training Session will be held Saturday, April 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Victorville City Hall (14343 Civic Drive, Victorville). The course covers the basics of backyard composting, vermicomposting (composting with worms), grasscycling, recycling, and how to become a Master Composter.

Master Composters volunteer to educate the general public on the benefits of composting. It’s a chance to learn conservation and gardening techniques, network with others, and support the community and the environment.

The program is sponsored by the City of Adelanto, Town of Apple Valley, City of Victorville, County of San Bernardino, and Mojave Desert & Mountain Recycling Authority.
