City of Victorville Budget Workshop-Budget Building Blocks

By Staff Reports

(Victorville)– Victorville residents are invited to a Budget Workshop presented by Doug Robertson, City Manager for the City of Victorville. This is an interactive workshop that allows the public to gain insight on how the City of Victorville deals with the budget each fiscal year. Learn about the rise and fall of revenues and expenditures over boom and bust cycles.

We’ll turn the tables and ask the public to participate in an interactive budget building blocks game modeling session that is fun, thought-provoking, and informative. Past attendees commented that it was informative and insightful, friendly, and interactive.

“The ‘budget building blocks game’ brought the information to life.”

Come to one of our interactive sessions to find out more and give your input into the City Budget.

The budget is like a ball of string, all connected. You pull on one string and every other part of the ball must be adjusted. If you want the ask for changes, go to the workshop.
