(Victor Valley)– Caltrans continues construction on the new six-mile long High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) project on State Route 91 (SR91) through downtown Riverside. Pile driving will begin next week at the Pachappa Rail Bridge in order to prepare for the construction of the new railroad bridge.
Beginning the week of June 3, the contractor will begin pile driving at the Pachappa railroad bridge on SR 91. This pile driving will take place from 7AM- 10PM, Monday through Friday, and will last approximately three weeks. No lane closures will be required for this work, but please drive carefully through the construction zone for the safety of all.
