(Victor Valley)– California’s water wars are legendary. Conflicts in the early 1900’s between the City of Los Angeles and farmers and ranchers in the Owens Valley marked a time of great unrest.
Today, water battles continue between northern and southern California, and between environmentalists and farmers. Will the upcoming water bill solve our problems? How do statewide water politics affect the Mojave Desert and our water supply?
