(Victorville)– The process of incorporating your business can be a difficult one; what forms are needed, what processes will a new company need to follow to comply? The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center will offer a workshop on Wednesday, Sept. 11 to help new and aspiring business owners.
“Incorporating Your Business” will feature attorney Gary Foltz who will discuss forming a corporation; the various forms of organization, selecting the type of organization for you, as well as answering attendee questions.
This workshop, which will be from 9-11:30 a.m. at the County of San Bernardino Workforce Development Department, 17310 Bear Valley Road, Suite 109, in Victorville, is free and is made possible by funding from the County of San Bernardino Workforce Development Department. The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center is hosted by the California State University, San Bernardino, University Enterprises Corporation.
