(Victorville)– The City of Victorville will be hosting the Annual Spice of Life FALL FESTIVAL on Saturday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Victorville Civic Center, located at 14343 Civic Drive.

This one-day free event is designed to provide fun family entertainment for all ages.  The City of Victorville Fall Festival will feature live entertainment from talented local groups.  Guests can enjoy an array of tasty treats from the Food Court while watching the performances.

Visitors will enjoy close to 100 vendors offering something for everyone, from jewelry, arts and crafts, home décor and living items to health and beauty products.  They’ll also have the opportunity to meet with representatives from local service organizations, educational institutions and other non-profit groups throughout the High Desert community. Of special note, the County of San Bernardino will be hosting a booth offering information and answering questions about ‘Covered California’ – the new affordable health insurance market.

Kids will enjoy a variety of activities in the expanded Kids’ Zone, including a rock climbing wall, bounce houses, obstacle course, games, and much more.   The Fire Department will have a fire engine on hand for up close and personal inspection as well as provide live demonstrations for kids wishing to handle the pressure of a charged nozzle.  Burrtec will also have one of their new Compressed Natural Gas refuse trucks on display.

New to this year’s event is a pumpkin patch offering pumpkins for purchase and fun photo opportunities.
