Don’t Let 2014 Sneak Up Without Updated Labor Posters

(Victor Valley)–All California employers, regardless of size, are required by law to post a current employment poster in a conspicuous place in the workplace where all employees and applicants can see.

To help local businesses comply with these changes, the Victor Valley Chamber is offering compliance posters, notices, as well as other resources and materials at discounted rates for members. With the passage of AB 10, which will increase the minimum wage in California over the next three years, employers are now required to update their employment notices or be subject to up to $17,000 in fines.
