Coldwell Banker Home Source Draws First Two Finalists For Home Makeover Giveaway and Adds Additional Partners

(Victorville)– On April 1, 2014 Coldwell Banker Home Source launched its 2014 Home Makeover giveaway contest. On Friday April, 4th local resident Yvette Rocco from Apple Valley was randomly selected as the first of twelve finalists for the win. The following Friday, Marie Wilson was selected as finalist number two. With ads circulating in the paper, radio and on-line, the contest is moving at full speed with over a dozen applications already submitted.

In 2012, Home Source Real Estate launched its first ever Home Makeover Contest, offering High Desert residents the opportunity to win a free home makeover, courtesy of Home Source and its partners. Valued business partners this year include radio stations Y102, Talk 960, Kat Country, The Fox 106.5, Serv-Pro, County Oak & Stoves, Coyote Loco Property Maintenance, Hitt Plumbing, Carpet Club, Steeno Design, HD Art & Frame, Bunwarmers Firewood and Athena Jean Salon and Day Spa. New partner, World Gym, will give each future finalist a 1-month membership, the top five winner’s a 3-month membership, and the grand prize winner a 1-year membership. DG’s Lawncare is a returning partner, with owner Dave Gross stating, “We’ve been in the High Desert for over 27 years and nothing even like this contest had ever been offered before it began. It’s a great feeling to give back to our community and we are happy to be a part of the Makeover Giveaway again” This year DG’s Lawncare upped their partnership level with Coldwell Banker Home Source, with Gross saying “it was so much fun last year; we just had to do even more for the deserving winner this time around. We’re looking forward making the winner’s dream home into reality.”

Applications for entry into the contest are being accepted now until June 27, 2014 at noon at Coldwell Banker Home Source Victorville, 12138 Industrial Blvd. Suite 102, and Coldwell Banker Home Source Barstow, 530 Barstow Road. Every Friday at noon, a finalist is randomly drawn and contest winner selected from this list of finalists in July.
