(Victorville)— Dr. John Husing, a leading economist who has studied the Inland Empire’s economy since 1964 is one of three guest speakers at an upcoming luncheon to discuss the status of education in the High Desert and its importance to the economy of the area. “In light of recent economic and political changes, it is now more important than ever that people be informed about their local, state and national governments,” said Joseph W.
