Cyber Security Center at CSUSB Hosts Open House Feb. 27

(Victor Valley) – The newly established Cyber Security Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host an open house on Friday, Feb. 27.

The event, “Get Connected with Your Future in Cyber Security,” is co-hosted by the CSUSB Information Security Club, a student organization, and will be held in the university’s Jack Brown Hall, room 102, from 6-8 p.m.

The open house will feature the benefits that the cyber security program can bring to students’ academic and career goals.

There will be a brief introduction by CSUSB faculty, followed up by booths setup by students that will explain in depth some of the projects they are developing on this campus.

Some of the booths include social engineering, drones, ethical hacking, Raspberry Pi, scholarship-for-service programs, advising and outreach activities.
