By Staff Reports

(Hesperia)– The California Department of Water Resources has scheduled a road closure on Maple Avenue between Joshua Street and Mesquite Street in Hesperia to allow for the seismic retrofitting of the bridge over the aqueduct.

This project is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, February 25th and will take approximately 9 weeks to complete, with an estimated completion date of May 1st.  A detour route around the construction zone will be posted. Motorists are advised to obey all posted traffic signs.
