Carnival Rides, Cotton Candy and Funnel Cakes Set to Return May 23rd – 31st at the San Bernardino County Fair

(Victorville) – If you’re looking for Fun, the 2015 Fair will prove to be a do-not-miss destination for 2015. Today the San Bernardino County Fair announced the 2015 Fair will open with an all new Extreme Motorsports Series featuring: Monster Truck Mayhem; the only Demolition Derby in the High Desert; and on Memorial Day, performing the first time ever in Southern California, The American Daredevil Tommy Pearson and his team.


The 2015 Fair will kick off with Monster Truck Mayhem, on Saturday May 23rd and will feature for the first time ever in the High Desert, the original Monster Truck “BIGFOOT”, along with 4 other well known, high energy Monster Trucks. Hailing out of Hazelwood MO, BIGFOOT is the “Original Monster Truck, and 2015 marks his 40th Anniversary tour. The Fair is excited to announce the opportunity to see him in side by side, ‘Chicago Style’ racing, said Fair C.E.O. Geoff Hinds. “With BIGFOOT, and Chicago style racing, this will be unlike any other Monster Truck show you’ve seen at the Fairgrounds in the past”.


On Sunday, May 24th the Friends of Fair Foundation will produce a Demo Derby that will return to its original roots, and be exclusively for San Bernardino County residents only. “With more than double the number of cars already entered compared to last year, this year’s Derby will be the start of something new and big” said Dave Gross, who along with the F.O.F Foundation is helping to organize this year’s event. “We have had promoters in the past come up and not provide the quality of show we know the High Desert is capable of. This year, we decided to keep the action local, and we encourage our community to participate” said Gross. Rules and information for participants is available on the Fair website at


Wrapping up the weekend of insanity on Monday, May 25th will be “The American Daredevil”, himself, Tommy Pearson. Tommy and his team of seasoned Stunt Men are travelling all the way from Alabama for a show like no other, never before seen in the Victor Valley. Featuring more than 5 unique high energy high impact automotive stunts, including: the trademarked “Flaming Twist Dominoes”, a 170 foot fire slide, a standing flaming human battering ram, car explosions, and much more! This show will keep fans on their toes and holding their breath from start to finish. In addition, the Monday night show will be filmed for inclusion in a TV special featuring Tommy and his team, set for release in late 2015 or 2016. Hinds says, “We would normally not be able to provide this caliber of show to our community, but because Tommy will be filming portions of the show in Nevada, we were able to negotiate and were successful in bringing him and his style of insanity to Victorville”.


The 68th Annual San Bernardino County Fair in Victorville will be held May 23rd – 31st, 2015, offering Fair guests 2 exciting weekends of action packed Fun and entertainment to choose from. The Fair will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. While Hinds said the Fair is not yet announcing pre-sale dates and Concert lineup for the 2015 Fair, he did say it will be released very soon.
