Taylion Academy Hosts King of the Cage Fundraiser for Science Camp

By Staff Reports

(Victor Valley)—Taylion Academy is now holding a fundraiser to help send students from all three campuses to a Science Camp in March. The fundraiser utilizes tickets for an upcoming King of the Cage event located in Ontario, CA.

The Science Camp that students will be attending is located at Alpine Meadows Resort, which is located near Big Bear Lake. The camp will include hiking, classes in Geology, Astronomy, and Biology, and more. The camp begins March 24th and runs through March 26th. Students from the Victorville, Adelanto and San Bernardino locations are all eligible to attend. The camp allows students to learn away from the classroom and in the California wilderness. This is an opportunity many students may not have if not for fundraisers like this.

Taylion was graciously granted tickets to sell for this specific fundraising purpose by Terry Trebilcock, Jr., King of the Cage founder. Tickets are $15 each and are for the World Amateur Championships 2 by King of the Cage, which takes place on April 18th at the Citizen’s Business Bank Arena in Ontario.
