(Hesperia)– The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors has awarded a $1.1 million contract with a Hesperia company, giving a boost to area construction jobs.
“Congratulations to R.I.C. Construction Co. of Hesperia,” said Robert A. Lovingood, vice chair of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. “R.I.C. Construction has 31 years experience with military, aerospace and technical construction projects, plus they submitted the lowest competitive bid, which is good for taxpayers.”
The contract will entail construction of the county Information Services Department Data Center Power Project in San Bernardino.
R.I.C. serves clients nationwide, including Sprint Telecom, banks, churches, the United States Olympic Committee, Allied Signal, Honeywell, Air Research, U.S. Air Force and the China Lake Naval Air Warfare Center.
