(Victorville) – High Desert Opportunity (HDO), the premier High Desert event annually showcasing local businesses and development opportunities for new and expanding businesses, installed their 2016 Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The 2016 Executive Committee is President Eric Camarena, 1st Vice-President Cari Thomas, 2nd Vice-President Terry Saenz, Secretary Louisa Miller, Treasurer and Past President Gwen Bedics. The 2016 Board of Directors are Orlando Acevedo, Gwen Bedics, Louise Bevilacqua, Eric Camarena, Monique Carter, Denise Laliberte, Louisa Miller, Roy Miller, Sheryl Thomas-Perkins, Terry Saenz, Kathy Switzer, and Cari Thomas.
The goal of High Desert Opportunity (HDO) is to support economic growth and stability by attracting businesses and jobs to the High Desert. The event is organized by a volunteer group of approximately 40 local business professionals and community leaders. Volunteers, from all walks of life, are welcomed.
