Soaps, Goats, Happiness and Vitamins?

By Staff Reports

(DGIwire) – Could it be true that happy goats make happy soaps?   At Serenity Acres Farm™ the philosophy is that if the goats are happy…the soap is happy, too.

That is quite a claim! So, when ReviewLoft received six different bars of the handmade Serenity Acres Farms soaps made with fresh goat’s milk, grade A olive oil, coconut oil, sustainable organic palm oil, as well as premium essential and fragrance oils; we were unable to resist the possibility of finding out if happy soap translated into our happiness as well! We decided to soap ourselves up just to see if we could get more happy!

Guess what?

Whether it was the subtle scent of the Almond Oatmeal bar; the Rosewood Citrus; the peppermint, spearmint or eucalyptus in the Stress Relief bar; the lavender, lemongrass or rosemary and clove…we simply felt more refreshed and…happy!

This incredible phenomenon made us explore more! Our review team learned that Serenity Acres Farm Fresh Goat’s Milk Soaps come right from the milk of four wonderfully happy dairy goats, namely Lovely Luna, Admiral Frodo, Darling Dorothy and Coquette Cocopuff. The animals are likely happy because Serenity Farms has been granted the Animal Welfare Approval—which Consumer Reports calls the only “highly meaningful” food label for farm animal welfare. This also means no cages, crates or feedlots for the goat girls. Since the goats are happy, the milk used in the soap is extra fresh and it also happens to be loaded with Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, milk sugars, proteins and butterfat. The soap gently cleans with no alcohols, preservatives, solvent extracts, drying agents, chemicals or artificial dyes.   In fact, goats milk has a mild pH that is so similar to that of our own skin, it moisturizes without stripping natural skin oils in the process!

So are we happier? Can we truly tout that we believe we’re happier because happy goats make happy soaps that made us happier as we opened up the individual beautifully packaged soaps and used them to soap up?   At, we’d have to resoundingly say, YES! received no payment for this review, but did receive 6 bars of soap to test out.
