(Victor Valley)– Stirling Capital Investments today announced the promotion of Anita Tuckerman to the position of Vice President of Asset Services and Corporate Relations.
In her new role, Tuckerman will manage the company’s real estate assets and oversee tenant relations programs, focusing on long-term asset management, strategic planning, leasing and marketing of all property holdings. Representing both ownership and tenant customers, Tuckerman’s efforts are aimed at maximizing value for both parties.
“Anita has been a key member of our team and has been integral to the success of our master plan developments for over 14 years,” said Dougall Agan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stirling. “Anita has always complemented her role at Stirling with leadership positions in the communities surrounding our projects. We recognize Anita’s talent and this promotion highlights her ongoing contributions.”
In addition to her role with Stirling, Tuckerman serves as a member of the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Department (WDD). Additionally, she serves on the Victor Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and served in the role of Chairman of the Board in 2013-2014. She also currently serves on the St. Mary’s St. Joseph Health Care Foundation Board, the Ocean Ranch Business Association, the City of Victorville’s Redevelopment Oversight Committee, the High Desert Opportunity Committee, and is Vice President of the Global Access Business Association.

Anita Tuckerman is a licensed real estate agent and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
