(Apple Valley)– Ever wonder what is in your glass of clear water? You might not see it, but there are minerals and chemicals that are quenching your thirst? Who makes sure our water meets the highest health standards?
Join the Mojave Water Agency on March 28th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and hear from Sean McCarthy, Chief of the South Coast Section from the State Water Resources Control Board. He will give you an inside view of that glass of water, and let you know how water quality is an important focus in California. Also providing water quality information will be Steve Samaras, Acting Deputy Director of the San Bernardino County, Special Districts Department, Water and Sanitation Division.
Located at 13846 Conference Center Drive in Apple Valley, refreshments will be served at this event: however, seating is limited, so register now to attend. Please email Gloria Golike at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact her at (760) 946-7001.
The deadline to register is March 27, 2017.
