(Victor Valley)– Assemblyman Jay Obernolte (R-Hesperia) has recognized family-owned DeVoll Rubber Manufacturing Group for being the outstanding business of the month for the 33rd Assembly District.
DeVoll Rubber was started by the DeVoll family in 1981. It is centrally located in the Logistics Airport in Victorville, providing easy access to the Southern California region. DeVoll manufactures custom rubber goods for a variety of products, including cushions for the Bay Bridge in San Francisco, natural gas meter seals used in nearly every home throughout our state, and spacer bushings used in automobile air bags.
DeVoll Rubber was started in a small garage and has grown into its current 18,000 square foot facility with a unique combination of equipment and production capabilities. However, the greatest asset the company has is its loyal work force. As a manufacturing facility, DeVoll provides good paying jobs and has strived to grow talent from within the company. Furthermore, DeVoll Rubber trains their employee on a continuous basis, which has helped the company grow into the successful business it is today. It also shares both responsibility and rewards with all the company team members, making it a highly desirable place to work in the High Desert.
