(Victorville)– The Sterling Inn, a beloved icon of the Koelsch Communities, is receiving a 9 million dollar enhancement to its lavish high desert senior living community. Aaron Koelsch, Koelsch Communities President and CEO, opened the Sterling Inn in 1989 while raising a family in the Victor Valley, and it has been serving seniors with the highest standards of excellence since then, reflected by Best of the Desert awards in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
This new construction project will create an additional 37 apartments, growing the Sterling Inn from 98,000 to 133,000 square feet, with a host of wonderful upgrades. The project will continue in the Koelsch history of superior design and craftsmanship, and is expected to finish in the fall of 2018.
A groundbreaking celebration will take place on January 31, 2018 at 1 pm with delicious catered cuisine and local entertainment. The event will be attended by local dignitaries and community members to celebrate the growth coming to Victorville, and is open to the public. So come see what the Sterling Inn has to offer you or your loved one!
