(Victor Valley)– On May 6, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. learn how to ensure complete nutrition with a plant-based diet. Learn how to prepare plant-based meals that have complete nutrition for babies, teenagers, and senior. Sample vegetarian dishes that are tasty, inexpensive and easy to prepare. Plus many more tips for maintaining healthy eating habits.
You will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer power-point format presented by a chef and public health professional from Loma Linda University. Also included are step-by-step demonstrations that show you how to prepare entrees, desserts, drinks and snacks that are wholesome as well as tasty! The event will be held at Victorville SDA Church located at 16070 Lorene Dr., Victorville, CA 92395.
