(Victorville) – This May, when your taste buds start talking, you better get walking, to the San Bernardino County Fair May 19th to the 28th.
You can be a little shellfish, but don’t get snappy when it comes to the new food on the block at this year’s fair. Ricardo’s Lobster brings a taste of the sea with lobster dogs, lobster fries, and lobster mac & cheese. Ricardo’s Hawaiian Feast is back with their Loco Moco breakfast, chicken katsu, fish and chips, pineapple kabob and so much more. Their pineapple shrimp bowl, a hollowed half pineapple, stuffed with rice, slaw and grilled shrimp. won “Best Overall Food” at the 2016 Sonoma County Fair. Wild Bills Smokey Meats will also return with their signature-smoked tri-tip, pork, and chicken sandwiches, loaded fries and loaded waffle bowl ice-cream sundaes.
If you’re in the search for family friendly drinks loved by adults and children alike, try “Drink A Fruit From a Fruit,” offering fruit drinks such as watermelon, pineapple, honeydew melon, and coconut where the fruit’s shell becomes the cup.
The Craft Brew Village will feature local micro brews including Oak Hills Brewery, Desert Barn Brewery, and Off the Grid Brewing Co. The Coors Light Cold Zone, located on the bottom level of the grandstand, features covered seating for concertgoers.

This year’s Fair opens at noon on Saturday, May 19. The Fair is open May 19th to the 21st and May 24th through the 28th.
