(Victorville)– The City of Victorville is inviting sponsors and vendors to join its 17th Annual Fall Festival. Festivities begin Friday night, Oct. 5 with a live concert from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Saturday street fair will follow on Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Both events will be held at Victorville City Hall, located at 14343 Civic Dr. The City expects more than 15,000 visitors to attend this FREE family-oriented event that features live entertainment, children’s rides, hands-on activities, food booths, vehicle displays, and more than 200 vendors.
Event sponsorships range from $500 to $10,000 and offer a variety of benefits and publicity opportunities. New this year, sponsors will receive an ad in the City of Victorville Rec Pages, which is distributed to more than 44,000 Victorville households. Sponsors will also be recognized in an estimated 1,400 radio ads and custom-made, pre-event banners displayed on city streets throughout Victorville leading up to the event. Sponsor contributions are needed to underwrite Fall Festival expenses such as entertainment for the main stage and free rides and games in the KidZone.
Food and merchandise vendor packages range in price from $50 to $200. Vendors are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible as spaces have sold out in prior years. Vendor spaces will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
Merchandise vendors may apply online at www.VictorvilleRec.com and click on “Register Online.” Sign in, or create an account. Search for “Fall Festival” and choose the correct vendor type.
