(Victor Valley)– The draft Policy Plan of the Countywide Plan is now available for public review at http://countywideplan.com/Policy-Plan/.
As part of the Countywide Plan, the County Policy Plan, provides an update to address the physical, social, and economic issues facing the unincorporated portions of the County. New Community Action Guides are currently being created and will be available by the first week of September. Public public input was provided during the September 2018 Regional Meetings and the Draft Environmental Impact Report public review in late 2018. A draft County Policy Plan suitable for public adoption hearings is anticipated in early 2019. (Public meetings are planned Sept. 11 in Newberry Springs and Sept. 20 in Phelan.)

High Desert Communities (Spring Valley Lake & Mountain View Acres)
North Desert Communities (Barstow Heights, Hinkley, Hodge, Kramer Junction, Lynwood & Red Mountain)
Trona, Devore and Wonder Valley.
Route 66 Communities (Amboy, Cadiz, Goffs, Ludlow, Siberia)
Mountain Communities (Forest Falls & Mountain Home Village)
East Desert Communities (Niption, Rice, Vidal & Vidal Junction)
