(Victor Valley)– The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch and a Wind Advisory for parts of San Bernardino County.
A Pacific storm will bring heavy rainfall locally Wednesday through Thursday evening, with Flash Flood Watches and Strong Wind Warnings.
A Flash Flood Watchis in effect for the San Bernardino County Mountains, the Inland Empire, and the Santa Ana Mountains through 6:00 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30.
A High Wind Warningis in effect 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 28 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
The NWS predicts a possible 0.25 to 0.50 per hour of rain on the San Bernardino and Santa Ana Mountains. Predicted snow fall during the storms from today, Wednesday, to Saturday, Dec. 1 are as follows :
Above 8000’ 12 inches
At or above 7000’ 4 to 8 inches
At or above 6000’ 2 to 4 inches
Snow levels lowering down to 4000’ on Saturday.
