(Victor Valley)– Delta will soon join Southwest Airlines as the latest air carriers serving Ontario International Airport as passenger and cargo traffic at the airport continue growing significantly.Southwest Airlines announced it will launch service from ONT to San Francisco International Airport with four round trips a day beginning next June. Southwest will also add a third flight to Denver International Airport Monday through Friday.
Meanwhile, Delta Air Lines announced plans for daily service between ONT and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport beginning in April.
Frontier Airlines launched daily nonstop service to Orlando in August and JetBlue Airways initiated nonstop service to New York City in September.
Ontario International Airport (ONT) is a full-service airport with nonstop commercial jet service to 19 major airports in the U.S., Mexico and Taiwan, and connecting service to many domestic and international destinations. There are an average of 67 daily departures offered by nine air carriers.
