(Victor Valley)– Bluestar Properties Inc. is deeply saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Partner, Robert (Bob) Wilson, on November 17th, 2018. He was 52 years old.
Bob started Bluestar Properties with Ben Lamson in 1993 and helped develop and expand the company over the past 25 years to one of the largest Property Management firms in the Victor Valley. During his career at Bluestar Properties, Bob was heavily involved in community
organizations and volunteered hundreds of hours in community service. Bob was President of the Adelanto Chamber of Commerce, served the California Apartment Association as President of their local chapter in Rancho Cucamonga, served 8 years as a Victorville Planning Commissioner and Chairman of the Commission, Hesperia Chamber Ambassador for 15 years, as well as Chairing multiple local golf tournaments raising $100,000+ for local elected politicians and organizations.
Bob was raised in Southern California and spent most of his life in the Victor Valley enjoying the desert with family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved to offroad, camp, hike, and explore all that the desert and local mountains had to offer.
Bob’s greatest love was his wife, Darcie, and his family. Our hearts go out to them and all who were touched by his extraordinary gifts and happy smiles!
A Celebration of Lifewill take place on Saturday, January 19th, from 11:30-2pmat Life Impact Center/Life Churchlocated at 12199 Industrial Blvd, Victorville, CA (across the street from the Bluestar office). Dress is “Bobby casual”, Hawaiian shirts suggested. In lieu of sending flowers, the Wilson family asks you to consider a donation to the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital NICU. Support of the NICU has been important to Bob and Ben since the birth of Ben’s son, Grant, in 2008, where he spent the first 4 months of his life in their care.
