Barnes & Noble Brings Back #bookhaul Blowout with Over 400 Books to Start Spring Season

(Victorville)– Barnes & Noble, Inc.(NYSE: BKS),the world’s largest retail bookseller, announced its second #bookhaul Blowout, this time with even more select new releases, bestsellers, paperbacks, and kids’ favorites at 50% off to celebrate the coming of spring. Customers have six days to shop over 400 books in stores or online at BN.com, which began on Wednesday, February 27, and runs through Monday, March 4, while supplies last. Current Barnes & Noble Members as well as customers who sign up for Membership will get early access to the selection today only. Customers can celebrate their book hauls with fellow readers by posting their photos using the hashtag, #bookhaul.

“We’re thrilled to launch our second national #bookhaul Blowout to share our love of books and reading with customers across the country,” said Tim Mantel, Chief Merchandising Officer for Barnes & Noble. “The #bookhaul movement by readers on social media is a fun and interactive way to celebrate reading, and we have curated a wide selection of books including new releases, bestsellers, and kids’ favorites to give customers a chance to create a personalized #bookhaul moment.”

Book lovers can expand their collection during #bookhaul at their local Barnes & Noble, or online at BN.com/bookhaul. In addition to receiving 50% off, when customers buy any bundle of three books they will get a free tote bag with their purchase, in-store only, while supplies last.

Some of the books available in the #bookhaul Blowout include the New York Timesbestselling novel, Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen’s An Anonymous Girl, Nicholas Sparks’ Every Breath, Kristin Hannah’s The Great Alone, and Lynn Vincent’s Indianapolis: The True Story of the Worst Sea Disaster in U.S. Naval History and the Fifty-Year Fight to Exonerate an Innocent Man. Customers can also find popular YA, Young Reader, and Kids’ books, including Val Emmich’s Dear Evan Hansen: The Novel, Neil Patrick Harris’ The Magic Misfits, Savannah Guthrie’s  Princesses Wear Pants, Sandra Magsamen’s Welcome Little One, and many more.
