(Victor Valley)– On Saturday, April 28, 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. join in on the fun for the entire family! Spend a day at the shooting range at the High Desert Shooting Fun Fair.
Admission and parking are free. You can try Cowboy Action Shooting and/or Action Pistol shooting. Try the NRA 3-gun shoot with .22 pistols, .22 rifles and .12 Ga. Shotguns. Shoot the BIG .50 caliber rifle and/or exotic and antique firearms. Shoot the guns of Buffalo Bill. You can shoot guns of the Civil War. You can shoot modern military rifles and pistols. See how fast you can draw by trying Cowboy Fast Draw with wax bullets and electronic timers. Try your skill with a shotgun at aerial targets. Have fun with .22 rifles and pistols. We have BB guns for the kids to shoot. Ladies and First Timers welcome.
Friendly experienced shooters will be standing by to safely help. All guns and ammo provided. Nominal charge for the ammo you shoot. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA cards. If you want to shoot your own guns and ammo, the range is open to the public on Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. There is a fee for using the range on those days. Eye and ear protection is required for all participants and spectators in the shooting area (safety glasses and ear plugs will be available on site). Target shooting is one of the safest sports you can participate in.
Enjoy music on the patio featuring DJ Matt Van Allen playing all your favorites. Delicious tacos, nachos, burgers, hot dogs, chips, lemonade, Kona Ice, snacks, soda and water will be available for purchase. Buy tickets in the Opportunity Drawings for several great new firearms, YOU COULD BE THE LUCKY WINNER! You do not need to be present to win!
Special FREE Kiddie Korral child care will be available for the kids. Visit the great lineup of vendors.
This fun event will be held at Lucerne Valley Lions Club and Shooting Range, Highway 18 at Rabbit Springs Road, Lucerne Valley, CA.
