(Hesperia) —Thompson Family Plumbing & Rooter Inc. is planning a proper celebration of its recent move to a new facility in Hesperia.
The “Best Plumbing Service” in the High Desert, led by Hesperia residents John and Devynn Thompson, heralded five years in business in 2018, and as business has been consistent and steady, so has the company’s growth.
The relocation from its previous home on I Avenue to the larger facility on G Avenue provides a key the company needed for its growth: the creation of its own supply house for all of its equipment and technicians.
“We are so excited that through the support of our community, we have been able to grow so steadily,” said John Thompson, a plumber for 12 years who started the company with his wife, Devynn, in 2013.
“Through our new location, we will continue to prioritize the needs of our customers and ensure that we are the best of the desert for years to come.”
While the relocation was necessary to help the company expand, staying in Hesperia was important for John and Devynn. After all, it’s where they and the majority of their staff live and raise their families.
“We see the importance in continuing to invest ourselves into our local community,” Devynn said. “We want to make sure we help provide resources for our youth as they enter the workforce in the future.”
The grand opening celebration of its new location is planned at noon Friday, April 5 at 10653 G Ave., Suite 401 in Hesperia. The festivities will include a ribbon-cutting, tacos, music and fun.
“Thompson Family Plumbing is a company that never rests on our laurels,” said Lindsey Kerry, who’s been managing the company’s office since 2015. “We continuously seek ways to improve ourselves and our business practices to benefit our customers, employees and local community.”
