(Victor Valley)– The 2019 Annual Property Assessment Roll shows a 5.8 percent net increase as compared to 2018, San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton reported.
The roll contains 814,067 taxable parcels valued at $234,693,591,280. “I am pleased to report the signing of the 2019 Assessment Roll showing continued steady growth in property valuations,” said San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton. “This year’s Assessment Roll for San Bernardino County is over $234 billion, which represents a 5.8 percent increase from the prior year. A majority of assessment value growth this past year was due to transfers of ownership, followed by commercial and residential construction, indicating healthy activity in our local economy. This is a very positive sign for the county.” Individuals wishing to see their personal assessed values may visit the Assessor’s website at www.sbcounty.gov/arc and click on the Online Services, Property Information Management System link.
