Supplemental Roll #119 Signed and Delivered

(Victor Valley)– San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton signed & delivered the 119th Supplemental Assessment Roll to the County’s Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector. Supplemental Assessment Roll #119 contains a net assessed value of $2,667,902,500.

“As required by state law, the 119th Supplemental Assessment Roll has been signed and delivered to the County’s Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector,” said San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton.

State law requires county assessors to reappraise property upon a change in ownership or new construction to identify changes in assessed value that occur in the middle of a fiscal year, whether an increase or decrease. A Supplemental Roll is provided three times a year, in addition to the annual Property Assessment Roll, which is delivered in June. Supplemental assessments are issued on real property such as land, improvements, fixtures and taxable possessory interests, but do not apply to personal property or any property not subject to Proposition 13.
