San Bernardino County property values rise 5.7%

(Victor Valley)– The 2020 San Bernardino County Assessment Roll contains 815,482 taxable parcels valued at $247,963,569,588 which is a 5.7% net increase as compared to the 2019 Assessment Roll.

Property values in Needles led the county, with an average increase of 11.8 percent. Adelanto followed with an assessed value increase of 8.4 percent.

“This year’s Assessment Roll for San Bernardino County is over $247 billion, which represents a 5.7% increase from the prior year,” said San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk Bob Dutton. Events that transpire after Jan. 1 are not reflective on the current annual roll. Any impacts of COVID-19 on property valuations in San Bernardino County are not reflective in this year’s annual assessment roll.
