(Victor Valley)– September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. In the United States, suicide is the second leading cause of death for people ages 10-34 and the fourth leading cause of death for people ages 35-54. Sadly, more than half of Americans have reported that COVID-19 has had a negative impact on their mental health. During difficult times, please remember that you are not alone and that it’s okay to reach out for help.
