(Victor Valley)– This Saturday, Oct. 10, the Edwards Air Force Base Air Show will feature flyovers of several planes across the Victor Valley. The event will feature F-16 Falcons, F-22 Raptors, F-25 Lightning IIs and F/A Hornets, in addition to several bombers. Aircraft will fly over Lancaster, Palmdale, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Victorville, Barstow, Fort Irwin, Ridgecrest, NAS China Lake and Rosamond. On Saturday, the planes are expected to arrive in Victorville between 11:20 a.m.-12:20 p.m., Apple Valley/Hesperia between 11:25 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., and Barstow/Fort Irwin between 11:35 a.m. and 12:55 p.m.
Today, Oct. 9, the aircraft will pass over Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mojave, Tehachapi, Bakersfield, California City and Boron.
“We are not going to a have a whole bunch of people on the installation,” 412th Test Wing commander, Brig. Gen.
