(Victorville)– The City of Victorville is encouraging its water and sewer customers to utilize phone and online customer service options to avoid delays at the customer service counter in City Hall. Limited staff available to work the City’s in-person customer service counter may cause significant wait times at least through the end of this work week.
Customers can pay bills, start service, submit plans and business license applications and more by utilizing the City’s online customer service options at VictorvilleCA.gov/RemoteService. Utility customers can also pay bills by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (760) 955-5001. A payment drop box is also available outside the main entrance to City Hall.
