(Victor Valley)– The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Inland Valley is a grassroots mental health organization that is dedicated to building better lives for everyone affected by mental illness with emotional support and educational classes. Inland Valley serves the High Desert’s communities with free and confidential support groups for both the individual and family members affected by a mental health condition.
NAMI Family Support Group is a bi-weekly meeting for 18+ family members of individuals with a mental illness where family members can talk frankly about their challenges and help one another through their learned wisdom. NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is for the 18+ individual with a mental health condition. This is not therapy or for crisis intervention.
