New Chat Service for Victorville Water and Sanitation Customers

(Victorville)– Victorville water and sanitation customers now have the option to avoid waiting in line or the telephone queue to speak with a customer service agent. The City has launched a new live chat service.  

Victorville water and sanitation customers can access the new chat feature by visiting VictorvilleCA.gov/chat from a personal computer or mobile device during normal City Hall business hours: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Please note that utility payments will not be accepted through the chat service. To make a payment, customers can visit VictorvilleCA.gov/customerservice.  To speak with a customer service representative, call (760) 955-5001.
