(Victorville)– We are excited to be serving our community in-person again since reopening City Hall on April 5. Walk-ins are permitted to the customer service counters for water, trash and animal licensing-related business; while appointments are required to access all other departments in City Hall such as planning, business licensing and engineering. Face masks are required and COVID-19 safety protocols are in place. Appointments can be scheduled at vv.city/appointment or by calling (760) 955-5000.
On April 5, the Victorville Animal Care and Control office on Amargosa Road also opened to community access; and the Victorville City Library is taking appointments for in-person, U.S. passport services. Passport appointments at the library can be scheduled at vv.city/passport or by calling (760) 245-4222, ext. 3.
